In The Spotlights SEECS Student has developed LogicBench — a free, browser-based digital logic and electronics circuit simulation platform
We are proud to announce that our very own Muhammad Ibrahim, a Computer Science student at SEECS, has developed LogicBench — a free, browser-based digital logic and electronics circuit simulation platform.
LogicBench enables students to design, simulate, and debug digital logic circuits directly in their browser, removing the need for specialized lab hardware and making digital electronics education more accessible and interactive for learners everywhere.
The Project: LogicBench
Built independently by Ibrahim, LogicBench brings together circuit design tools, real-time simulation, and Arduino-style microcontroller support in a single lightweight platform — allowing students to go from a blank canvas to a working, debuggable circuit without ever touching a breadboard.
Since its launch, LogicBench has reached 2,000+ users across 100+ countries, turning a solo student project into a genuinely global learning tool.
This achievement reflects the innovation-driven environment at SEECS, where students are encouraged to build real, usable tools that solve genuine gaps in engineering education—not just classroom projects, but platforms that create real-world impact.
Congratulations to Ibrahim for representing NUST and SEECS through independent innovation in engineering education.
