Faculty Usman Khan 1

Usman Khan

Associate Professor
Summary

Usman is an electrical engineer with specialization in micro-nano-systems, electronics devices and circuits. After receiving PhD from University of Rome in 2014, he pursued postdoc research at Sungkyukwan University, South Korea, until he joined NUST SEECS in December 2018. Since July 2022, he is also leading the knowledge group of Integrated Circuits and Systems as an HoD. Being a faculty at SEECS, his teaching, research and design projects have been focused on semiconductor physics, electronic devices and integrated circuits. Currently, he is extending his engineering and research endeavors towards analog integrated circuits; he is indeed supervising multiple research theses on analog ICs for biomedical applications.
