Dr. Muhammad Saad Zia received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA in 2023. His doctoral research focused on the impacts of beam alignment errors on the performance of millimeter-wave cellular systems. After his PhD, Dr. Saad worked as a Senior Engineer of Wireless Systems at Analog Devices, Inc. in Massachusetts, USA. He has also worked as an Assistant Director of Spectrum Policy and Management at the Frequency Allocation Board (FAB), Government of Pakistan. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at SEECS. Alongside his teaching and research roles at SEECS, he is also performing the duties of UG coordinator for the Computer Engineering degree program.
