Summary

Dr. Mohsin Kamal did his Postdoc from KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, the University of Cyprus in 2022, where he was designated as a Research Associate under the supervision of Professor Georgios Ellinas. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES), Peshawar, Pakistan in 2020. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden, in 2012. Dr. Mohsin has served in various teaching and research capacities at FAST-NUCES, holding positions such as Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor across the Peshawar and Lahore campuses from March 2013 to August 2023. His dedication to education extended to a leadership role as he undertook the Head of Department position for the Electrical Engineering Department at FAST-NUCES, Peshawar campus, from February to August 2022. He is a PhD approved supervisor and has supervised MS and BS students for their thesis and final year projects, respectively. Dr. Mohsin Kamal is the member of Board of Studies (BoS) of University of Technology (UoT), Nowshera. He is the reviewer of Communication letters, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Security and Communication Networks, IEEE Access, International Journal of Wireless Information Networks, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, PeerJ, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, MDPi Remote Sensing, and IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference. He is a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member of national and international conferences. His research interests include the development of lightweight solutions for various IoT applications, Cyber Physical Systems, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Wireless Sensor Networks, Cooperative Communication and Cognitive Radio Networks.
