Muhammad Abdullah is selected for "CERN Openlab Summer Student Programme 2017" at Geneva, Switzerland

Muhammad Abdullah, a student of BEE6, is among the 37 students selected for the "CERN Openlab Summer Student Programme 2017" from all over the world. CERN is prestigious nuclear research institute located at Geneva, Switzerland. It operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world.
Abdullah will be working under the supervision of CERN engineers to develop a cutting-edge network automation system using SDNs (Software Defined Networks). SDN is an emerging technology considered to be the future of networking and is currently a hot topic among researchers throughout the world.
